The saga continues

It's still not working. I called Mr. Tech Guy today, in the afternoon as I was instructed, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and then gave up. I had other things to do this afternoon, so I could not call again. I have sent Mr. Tech Guy another email requesting a different number. He says he understands that calling from overseas is an expensive hassle. I can tell from the tone of his email that he *really* cares. Perhaps he can provide a direct line that someone will answer. Wouldn't that be helpful?
