For WEEKS I have heard my kid tell me she wants to be a raccoon for Halloween. If you mention Halloween or trick or treating, she replies "dress up, raccoon!". Now that her costume is nearly done, she will NOT try it on. She won't even think about it. She gets all excited when she sees it, but try to get her to put it on and she flips out. We played this game last year.
Now she insists that her baby should "dress up, raccoon!". Not her. Her baby. I'm going to humor her and make her doll a costume. Because seriously, someone in this house is dressing up like a raccoon.
